The Allens Graduate Program runs in all Australian offices, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. It starts in February each year. Graduates complete two 12-month rotations across practice areas. They also complete the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through UNSW. The program is for law graduates. Most places are filled from the clerkship cohort. Allens recruits final year students and recent graduates directly where it has additional requirements.
