Membership and concessions

Membership does not automatically change the price of a Studio service. Any concession must be expressly confirmed in your quote, including its amount and the work it covers.

A discount already confirmed in an accepted quote continues to apply to that website build, including where it was agreed under an earlier membership offer. A later membership change does not retrospectively remove it.

Your quote and scope

Your quote sets out the deliverables, price, timing and applicable service terms. Additional work and changes to an accepted scope require agreement. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or accept a quote.

Unless expressly included, domain registration, hosting, software, licences, integrations, photography, separately purchased copywriting and ongoing support are additional costs. Any recurring care service is confirmed separately.

Applying an agreed discount

The accepted quote governs the concession. It is not a cash payment, membership refund or account credit. A concession does not apply to earlier purchases, other services or another customer unless expressly agreed.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
