Allens runs a summer clerkship in its Sydney office for penultimate year law students. The program runs for 10 weeks and includes two practice group rotations. Applications open in June and close in July under the NSW clerkship guidelines. Offers are made in early September. Allens says application dates follow law society guidelines but does not publish exact dates. Applications for the 2026/27 program have closed in all offices.
