The Gadens Graduate Program runs in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and the ACT. Graduates complete two six month rotations across different practice groups, with Leo Cussen practical legal training built in. Graduates are recruited mainly through the clerkships and priority offers under state law society guidelines. Melbourne and Brisbane priority offers ran from 4 to 5 August 2026. Any market applications follow state guideline dates. The firm has not published eligibility criteria.
