The Gilbert + Tobin Graduate Program is a formal 18-month program with at least two practice rotations. Clerkships are the main entry point, and most graduates are former Gilbert + Tobin clerks. Graduate roles open occasionally for people who clerked at other firms. The firm does not state which offices take graduates. It runs clerkships in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. No dates are published for the next intake.
