The Johnson Winter Slattery Graduate Program runs across the firm's offices in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and the ACT. It lasts 15 months, in three rotations of five months each. The firm funds practical legal training for its graduates. Recruitment is mainly through priority offers to former seasonal clerks. The firm has not published eligibility criteria. The 2026 places in Sydney and Canberra have been filled.
