Lavan runs a 12 month graduate program in Western Australia. Graduates start in February and complete three rotations. They also complete practical legal training with the College of Law during the program. The firm recruits mainly from its clerkship program but also accepts applications from the open market. Recruitment for the 2027 intake has closed. Applications for the 2028 intake are due to open in May 2027. Applications are made by email to the firm's people and culture team.
