Australian Registrars' National Electronic Conveyancing Council

ARNECC is an intergovernmental regulatory body established in 2011 to coordinate a national approach among Australian states and territories to regulating electronic conveyancing. It develops and maintains the Model Operating Requirements and Model Participation Rules, conducts compliance examinations, and sets interoperability standards, operating under an Intergovernmental Agreement and administering the Electronic Conveyancing National Law across jurisdictions. It is not a body practitioners join, but a regulator whose rules govern electronic conveyancing participants.
