Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals

The AACP is a registered charity that promotes collaborative practice — a structured, non-adversarial, team-based approach to resolving disputes — as an alternative to litigation. It operates nationally across three practice areas: family law, commercial law, and wills/estates, and works through advocacy to government, education of professionals and the public, and support for its members. State bodies such as QACP operate as regional practice groups under the AACP umbrella.
