Queensland Association of Collaborative Practitioners
QACP is Queensland's association of lawyers, financial advisers, mediators and other professionals trained in collaborative practice — a team-based approach to resolving family, commercial, and wills/estates disputes without going to court. It operates as a state practice group under the national AACP, running monthly practice group meetings and professional development, and listing trained members in a public "Find a Professional" directory. Associate membership is available for those exploring the collaborative approach before full training.
