The Law Council of Australia is taking early-bird registrations for its 2026 Immigration Law Seminar, to be held Friday 16 October 2026 at the Crowne Plaza, Hobart, from 9:00am–4:30pm AEST. The program brings together migration law practitioners, barristers, government representatives and industry experts, with sessions on judicial review, the Administrative Review Tribunal, the Department of Home Affairs, significant case developments, practitioner wellbeing, and an interactive panel on current challenges in migration practice.
