Junior lawyer field guide creator surveys the profession ahead of e-library launch

Jason Feng, who has spent six years documenting practical guides for junior lawyers, says he has now compiled 110 guides — covering templates, scripts, habit-building frameworks and career lessons — into a single e-library resource called the Junior Lawyer's Field Guide. Feng, the first lawyer in his family, said aspirational advice like "find a mentor" was hard to apply without concrete steps or a personal network to draw on. He has opened a 10-question survey to shape the resource before setting a launch date.
