VLSB+C pushes wellbeing guidelines and Risk Outlook 2026 to practice leaders
We know that lawyers who are healthy and well are vital for a sustainable legal profession and functioning legal system... When it comes to improving wellbeing in the profession, this is a shared responsibility. It calls for leadership, collaboration and sustained effort across the sector.

Separately, the Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner is directing lawyers and law practice leaders to its Lawyer Wellbeing resources, including its Wellbeing Guidelines for Legal Workplaces and the Risk Outlook 2026 report. The regulator is framing wellbeing as a shared responsibility requiring leadership, collaboration and sustained effort across the sector.
