Family Dispute Resolution Register (Attorney-General's Department)

The Family Dispute Resolution Register is the Australian Government's public list of accredited family dispute resolution practitioners, kept by the Attorney-General's Department. It lets a person look up a practitioner by name to check that their accreditation is current, and includes a map feature for finding practitioners near a given location. For lawyers working in parenting and property disputes, it is a way to check that someone offering family dispute resolution is accredited before a client engages them or before a certificate is relied on.
