Migrant Workers Centre

The Migrant Workers Centre is a Victorian charity giving free, confidential legal help to overseas-born workers facing workplace exploitation, including pay disputes, wrongful dismissal, discrimination, harassment and gig-economy issues. It drafts documents, represents clients at tribunals and courts, and runs 'Know Your Rights at Work' community education and a Workplace Justice Visa support program, with limited capacity to assist migrants outside Victoria via referral.
