West Heidelberg Community Legal is a free legal service operated under Holsworth Health (formerly Banyule Community Health), providing confidential legal support to vulnerable residents mainly of Banyule and, where capacity allows, Nillumbik. It assists with fines and debt, tenancy, uninsured motor vehicle accidents, family law and family violence intervention orders, victims of crime compensation, and minor criminal offences, alongside community legal education and referrals to health and social services. Access to some services may require a current Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card.
